How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our overseas warehouse by tracked express. Metro addresses usually receive the parcel in 5 to 10 business days; regional and remote addresses can take up to 15. You get a tracking link by email.

How is my order packaged?

Plain packaging with your delivery details. No product photos or descriptions on the outside.

Is it loud?

The PLUS has a quiet motor designed for shared walls. ADVANCED and PRO have no motor at all.

Which lubricant should I use?

Water-based only, such as KEEPHOUR WATER GEL. Oil-based and silicone lubricants damage the silicone sleeve.

Can I return it?

For faulty, damaged or wrong items, contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law and our refund policy. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for change of mind. For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Is there GST or any import charge?

Prices include GST where applicable and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
