Shipping policy

Delivery information for the Keephour online store, operated by PRADO WOLF LLC.

1. Where we deliver

Australia-wide, including PO boxes and Parcel Lockers.

2. Where orders ship from

Orders are dispatched from our overseas fulfilment warehouse (China) using a tracked express service.

3. Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Typical delivery is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch to metropolitan areas, and up to 15 business days for regional and remote addresses. Customs, weather and public holidays can add time. You receive a tracking link by email.

4. Delivery cost

Free standard delivery on every order in Australia.

5. GST and import charges

Prices include GST where applicable. There are no duties or extra charges to pay on delivery.

6. Plain packaging

Every parcel is sent in plain packaging. No product photos or descriptions on the outside, and no product names on the carrier label.

7. Your address

Please enter your name, street address, postcode and phone number carefully at checkout. The carrier may use the phone number to arrange delivery.
