Privacy policy
This policy explains how PRADO WOLF LLC ("Keephour", "we") handles personal information collected through the Keephour online store. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, email address, phone number, the products you buy and your order history.
- Payment details are processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and cookies or similar identifiers.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
2. Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, to comply with the law, and, with your consent, to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (store platform and payments), our fulfilment warehouse and carriers (to deliver your parcel), email providers, and analytics and advertising platforms (Meta). These providers may be located outside Australia, including in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Japan and China. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information in line with this policy.
4. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for the shopping cart, analytics and advertising measurement (including the Meta pixel). You can control cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Meta account.
5. Discretion
Orders are sent in plain packaging, with no product photos or descriptions on the outside. Order emails contain the information you need to check your purchase. Please use an email address that you can access privately.
6. Retention and security
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes (generally 7 years) and delete or de-identify other data when it is no longer needed. Data is stored on Shopify's secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing Support@otokea.jp. If you have a complaint about how we handled your information, contact us first; if you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
