Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from the Keephour online store, operated by PRADO WOLF LLC ("Keephour", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

1. Who can buy

Keephour products are adult products. You must be 18 years or older to view this store and to place an order.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where there is a pricing or listing error, or where we suspect fraud; in that case we refund any amount paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through the methods shown. Promotional codes and gifts are subject to the conditions shown at the time of the offer.

4. Delivery

See the Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

See the Refund policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Use of the products

Read the printed guide before use. Clean the removable sleeve before and after use, use a water-based lubricant, and stop using the product if you feel pain or irritation. The products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

7. Intellectual property

The Keephour name, logo, images and text on this site belong to PRADO WOLF LLC and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, for consumers located in Australia, and disputes may be brought in the courts of that state. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
