Your KEEPHOUR PLUS guides in English, with practical tips for getting started and caring for your device. Download the three PDFs below.
1. Getting started
- Charge first. Use the supplied charging cable and follow the charging instructions included with your device. Keep the charging port dry.
- Add gel. Put a small amount of KEEPHOUR WATER GEL inside the sleeve. Water-based only.
- Start low. Press and hold the button to switch on, then press again to step through the intensity settings. Hold to switch off.
- Take your time. There is no right speed. Add more gel if it ever feels dry.
2. Cleaning and care
- Remove the inner sleeve and rinse it under warm water with a mild, unscented soap. Rinse well.
- Pat dry with a lint-free towel and let it air-dry completely before putting it back. Trapped moisture is what shortens the life of any sleeve.
- Wipe the body with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the motor unit.
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sun. Keep it away from oil-based or silicone lubricants and from other silicone products.
- Charge it every few months even if you are not using it, to keep the battery healthy.
3. Getting the most out of it
- Warm the sleeve by running it under warm water for a minute before use.
- Try the lower settings for longer and the higher ones briefly, rather than the other way round.
- A little more gel changes the feel more than a higher setting does.
- If anything hurts or irritates, stop. Comfort first.
Troubleshooting
- Won't switch on: charge for at least 30 minutes, then press and hold for three seconds.
- Won't charge: try another cable or charger and check the port is dry and clean.
- Sleeve smells after cleaning: rinse again, dry fully, and store it uncovered for a day.
- Anything else: write to Support@otokea.jp with your order number. Faulty items are replaced or refunded.
